As Administrative Assistant/Accountant, Mily oversees and maintains the company’s accounting systems including recordkeeping, accounts payable, posting transactions and allocations, as well as reconciling and balancing all subsidiary accounts. She is responsible for developing and maintaining monthly budgets and forecasts, preparing specialized reports and financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax reporting requirements.
Mily is also an expert in multi-tasking and organization, and is adept at attention to detail. Her broad background and experience helps keep the company running smoothly. In addition, Mily is responsible for all office and administrative functions, as well as providing support to staff and management. She is the liaison for the company’s affiliates, and is responsible for purchase requisitions, ordering and expediting, and helping with interior design selections for our projects.
A Peruvian native, Mily graduated from Instituto Peruano de Marketing in Lima, Peru with as Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Since moving to Naples, Mily has worked for interior design companies in operations, inventory, and accounting.
In her spare time, Mily enjoys photography, creative arts and crafts, spending time with her family, and being involved with her church.
