As Founder and Principal of GMCG, Marita manages the company’s real estate portfolio and investor relations, and establishes joint venture partnerships. Her role requires her to develop strategic acquisition and real estate development plans for the company’s investment partners. Marita researches and evaluates market trends and conditions, and seeks to identify potential new investment opportunities in emerging markets for qualified investors. After determining the best investment option for clients, she helps them navigate the process in the U.S., and works closely with the GMCG team to ensure both compliance and the most favorable investment outcome.

As Corporate Director of Operations, Marian oversees operations for commercial property acquisitions and their associated businesses. Coming from a corporate background that includes tenures at a computer peripheral manufacturing facility, a software development company, and a nationwide counseling agency, Marian brings an extensive knowledge base of operations experience – including mergers and acquisitions.
Marian’s role includes due diligence for new acquisitions, as well as the evaluation of third party management companies and franchise organizations to ensure the best possible fit for GMCG’s investment projects.

As Administrative Assistant/Accountant, Mily oversees and maintains the company’s accounting systems including recordkeeping, accounts payable, posting transactions and allocations, as well as reconciling and balancing all subsidiary accounts. She is responsible for developing and maintaining monthly budgets and forecasts, preparing specialized reports and financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax reporting requirements.
Mily is also an expert in multi-tasking and organization, and is adept at attention to detail. Her broad background and experience helps keep the company running smoothly. In addition, Mily is responsible for all office and administrative functions, as well as providing support to staff and management. She is the liaison for the company’s affiliates, and is responsible for purchase requisitions, ordering and expediting, and helping with interior design selections for our projects.

As Project / Site Manager, Doug oversees all of our real estate development projects. Doug has an extensive background in facilities maintenance, property management, abatement and demolition, new construction, and renovations.
Doug acts as liaison to construction team members, and is responsible for scheduling contractors, processing change orders, ensuring adherence to project budget and schedule, cost containment and quality control. Doug keeps our projects running smoothly by conducting inspections, maintaining daily logs regarding work schedules and safety issues, submitting update reports on the progress and costs of projects, and managing progress payments.
